SPIRIT Blockchain Technologies Ltd (“SPIRIT Blockchain” or the “Company”) today announced that it has closed a financing round with accredited investors for the purchase of 6,000,000 restricted shares of the Company at a purchase price of CAD $0.10 per unit (the “Investment”).
The CAD $600,000 in total proceeds from the Investment will be used for the expansion of the Company’s mining operations, strategic investments, and general working capital.
