SPIRIT Blockchain changes its name to SPIRIT Blockchain Capital Inc.

SPIRIT Blockchain has changed its name to SPIRIT Blockchain Capital Inc., as it is closer aligned to the longer-term strategy of the Company. The strategy is to be a proxy for the ecosphere through three complimentary economic units. 1) Third party mining of Bitcoin, Ethereum and other coins in Canada and other secure and economical valuable jurisdictions. 2) Buy pre-IPO, IPO, coins and listed companies that operate in the Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Asset sector globally. 3) Licensing blockchain products and solutions, for example forensic and law enforcement transaction tracking, information and transaction data flow analysis and wallet credit scoring.
